Taste: Drew Family Cellars
Founded in 2000 and voted for the third year in a row as "Top 100 Winery of the Year” by Wine and Spirits Magazine, the Drews take a tremendous amount of pride in there small lot wines. With an almost "cult” like following, Winemaker Jason Drew has a focus on Pinot Noir and Syrah from the northern coastal ranges of California. Drew Wines are made using traditional methods including hand punch downs, native yeast fermentation and no fining or filtering. Molly or Jason Drew are often pouring in their tasting room here at The Madrones.
