Sink into the rhythm and flow of the redwood forest at this truly special event blending dance, music, and nature. Watch dancers soar amongst the forest as you take a short walk through The Brambles and take in the beauty and magic of this experience.

Our 2026 Dance The Redwoods show is a walking show through the spectacular event space at The Brambles in Philo, CA. Visit several performance sites where the redwoods become the stage and offer one of nature's most beautiful venues. Make a night of it and stay at the Madrones! Use code "DanceRedwoods" to book a one-night stay at the Madrones; dinner or brunch included!

This is a moving show that includes a short walk throughout the property. It is unpaved but on even terrain and is ADA accessible.  If you have accessibility needs and or questions please contact us at info@mendocinodanceproject.org. Please wear comfortable footwear and dress appropriately for outdoor weather. Seating is limited in each site so feel free to bring a beach chair that is easy to walk around with or a blanket to throw down on the forest floor. Please leave your dogs at home.
