Those who visit the rustic elegance of The Madrones’ Mediterranean compound in Anderson Valley can now linger over a casual alfresco meal at the property’s newest addition, Stone & Embers Restaurant.  A wood-burning stove is at the heart of Chef/Owner Patrick Meany’s menu offerings, with artisan pizzas and seasonal foods that emanate from the embers. Chef Patrick was most recently Chef de Cuisine at Heritage House in Mendocino.  He honed his skills from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and has an impressive culinary resume including stints at Bouchon Las Vegas and Gary Danko in San Francisco.
